Police in Lagos have nabbed a 65-year old man posing as an Army officer. According to Benjamin Hundeyin, Lagos State’s police public relations officer, he was arrested at Ipaja Division of the police. “Officers of Ipaja Division have arrested 65-year old Jeremiah Joseph who presented himself as an Army Lieutenant to one Ignatius. The fake Lieutenant promised to arrange soldiers to help Ignatius recover N4.5m owed him by some people in Delta State. “He received N120,000 for this service and thereafter absconded. Found in his apartment were a fake Army identity card and uniform.”

PDP spokesman, Reno Omokri has held a protest rally outside of Chatham House, where APC Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu spoke on Monday. Benue State Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Chief Ekpe Ogbu, has been Kidnapped. According to the report, he was kidnapped alongside Honourable Agbo Ode, one of his in-laws, and the driver. They were kidnapped along David Mark Farm, after Akpa Otobi while on their way from Otukpo to Utonkon in Ado LGA.
