The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to see to the arrest of politicians buying permanent voter cards (PVCs) from poor Nigerians. The Delta State Police Command has arrested a criminal gang notorious for operating in a Toyota Sienna space bus in the state. The arrest was confirmed by SP Edafe Bright, who is the Police Public relations officer of the command.
