The Lagos State Police Command has confirmed the killing of at least one person, and the injury to at least two police men when Yoruba Nation Agitators clashed with officers of the law on Monday morning. A magistrates Court sitting in Yaba has remanded one Lawrence Itakpe for allegedly killing his wife, Rebecca. Mr. Itakpe who is 49 years old was arraigned on one count charge of murder over the incident which took place on December 5th, 2022.
