The Peoples Democratic Party’s Atiku Abubakar Presidential candidate’s spokesman, Paul Ibe, has refuted rumours that his candidate is ill and has been transported to the UK for treatment.
According to Ibe, Atiku will arrive in London today, January 9, 2023, to honour the invitation of the British government.
Refuting Sahara Reporters‘ news of Atiku receiving treatment in Dubai, the media adviser quoted the press house’s tweet saying: For the avoidance of doubt H.E @atiku, Presidential candidate of the @OfficialPDPNig and former VP of Nigeria, 1999-2007 will be arriving London on Monday, 9th of January for meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday on the invitation of the British Government.
