The Federal Government of Nigeria have reviewed the charges against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, making it a six-count treasonable felony charge.
The Justice Binta Nyako-led Federal High Court was set to hear the bail application put in by Kanu and his lawyer.
The hearing was scheduled to go on this Wednesday, but the Federal Government has increased the charges which now include his lawyers.
