Okoro Brothers Felicitates With Heartland Fc, Advise them To Go For More Experience Players

Following Heartland Fc of Owerri return to topflight football in the Nigeria league, Icon Music co-owners, Chinedu and Austin Okoro have felicitated with the Naze Millionaires and as well urged them to recruit more experienced players ahead of the new Nigeria Premier League, NPL,season which gets underway late August.

Austin Okoro also known as Black Jesus,a footballer in is his youth stage and a follower of the Nigeria league commended both the Davison Owumi led Interim League Management,IMC, and Emmanuel Adeseyan NNL board for improving the league.

“It’s a great joy to have Heartland Fc return back to join Rangers and Abia Warriors in the Apex league in the east”.

“Respect to the Nigeria league bodies for the improvement in Nigeria football. No doubt our football stars and musical artists are really flying the Nigeria and Africa flag high in America and other parts of the world”.

Chinedu Okoro popularly known as Larry Popo also emphasised the need to always pay up players salaries.

“There is need to improve welfare of the players in our local leagues unlike our musical artist who are comfortable “.

“Both industries are making Nigeria a country to associate with all over the world”.

Teams that were promoted to the Nigeria Premier League are Heartland Fc of Owerri, Sporting Fc of Lagos, Kano Pillars of Kano and Katsina United of Katsina.
