There was low voter turnout across the country on Saturday as Nigerians came out to vote in state leaders.Following the outcome of February 25th presidential and National Assembly elections, many Nigerians have lost hope in the electoral process.Many cited the events of the last elections as the reason for the low participation.In places like Lagos and Benue, thugs were present to disrupt proceeds, destroying electoral materials and firing guns in the air.Switch Nigeria gathered that a PDP thug was caught and killed in Gboko, after they ransacked a polling unit.
