UCL: Chelsea moves into the quarter finals with 2-0 win over Dotmund

The Blues have to overcome a first-leg deficit if they are to progress to the quarter-final stage; a goal from Karim Adeyemi secured a 1-0 win for the Bundesliga giants in Germany three weeks ago.

Raheem Sterling was not having a good half – but then he popped up with a crucial goal for Chelsea.

The tie is level once more. Momentum has swung back and forth. Dortmund are not out of this at all.

The referee goes over to the monitor and gives Chelsea a penalty just two minutes into the second half, Kai Havertz initial penalty which was missed was retaken as Chelsea took the lead in the tie for the first time.

The Blues hold on to a 2-1 aggregate win over Borussia Dortmund. Goals either side of half-time from Raheem Sterling and Kai Havertz ensure Chelsea will be in the pot for the Champions League quarter-finals.
