Manchester United bounced back from their disappointing draw against Newcastle as they ran out 3:1 winners against Burnley.
Scot McTominay gave the hosts the lead early on with a low shot that went straight into the bottom corner.
It was a comfortable victory for Ralf Rangnick’s United in the end after Sancho’s shot was inadvertently turned into the net by Burnley defender, Mee.
They then got their third on the 35th minute when Hennessey tipped a McTominay shot unto the crossbar, only for it to fall kindly for Cristiano Ronaldo who then buried it from close range.
Burnley got themselves a compensation just three minutes later, after Lennon scored from a Bailly mistake.
The Old Trafford side has now won 4 of their last six games under Michael Carrick and Ralf Rangnick.
