The Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma has stated that his party the All Progressives Congress will without hesitation, challenge the outcome of the Anambra polls should APGA’s Charles Soludo be declared winner.
Uzodinma who is seen in many quarters as the “Supreme Court governor,” made this known immediately he got word that the former CBN Governor was leading in 8 of Anambra’s 21 LGA’s as of close of voting on Saturday evening.
His words, “Not even INEC can intimidate the APC candidate in the Anambra Governorship election. We’ve got lots of signals over the malpractices going on in different wards of the state.
“We are peace abiding Political Party but if anything undemocratic goes on in this election and the collation of Pooling Units results, we have no other options than to challenge the election process in the court of law.”
