With 40m+ Membership, We Will Convincingly Win Anambra, Osun, Ekiti, 2023 General Elections – APC

The All Progressives Congress (APC) on Thursday boasted that it would “convincingly” win the forthcoming Governorship elections in Anambra, as well as that of Osun, Ekiti and the 2023 general elections.

The party said the conviction for winning is based on the over 40 million membership strength recorded during the last registration and revalidation exercise.

National Secretary of the APC Caretaker Committee,  Sen. John Akpanudoedehe stated this during the inauguration of the States Congress Appeals Committee at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.

Akpanudoedehe said with the huge membership, “there is no doubt that Nigerians still trust us and that we will win all the upcoming elections convincingly, starting from the Governorship elections in Anambra, to Osun, Ekiti and to the 2023 general elections.”

According to him, “You all will agree with me that the process of recalibrating our party into a functional winning machine in 2023, is well on course.”

He opined that Nigerians by now have realized that the APC led-government of President Muhammadu Buhari means well for Nigerians and is doing everything possible to deliver infrastructure to Nigerians amidst difficult economic times, globally.

The APC national secretary used the occasion to condemn the criminal attack on an Abuja-Kaduna passenger on Wednesday, “depriving Nigerians the services it provides.”

He said the attack is “so despicable”, but expressed optimism that “together we shall overcome them.”

He charged Nigerians to remain united in order to defeat what he calls the “agents of destruction who have vowed to set Nigeria backwards.”
