2023| Kingsley Moghalu decamps to ADP, Utomi, Jega, Ezekwesili in support

Author and Economist, Kingsley Chiedu Moghalu has left the Young Progressives Party (YPP) for the African Democratic Party (ADP).

Moghalu who contested but lost the 2019 presidential elections jumped ship on Friday at an event in Abuja, as he hopes to try again come 2023.

The event which held at Stonehedge Hotel in the Nation’s capital, saw the party’s leadership announce Mr. Moghalu as it’s flag bearer.

Prominent amongst those in the ADC are Jega, Agbakoba, Ezekwesili, and Utomi.

Moghalu said after the event, “The ADC is one of the driving forces of an emerging Third Force that will see a merger of several parties to take power in 2023 and begin the task of rescuing and rebuilding our beleaguered country.

“Millions of Nigerians, disappointed by the old order of politics without governance, have been waiting impatiently for this new movement. By the Grace of God and with the support of the citizens of Nigeria we will prevail against all odds.”
