Ronaldo to Earn £12.8m a Year if he Joins Manchester City

The Premier League Champions are looking to complete the signing of the Juventus forward after missing out on Tottenham’s Harry Kane.

City currently have Gabriel Jesus as the only out and out striker, and have only played him once this season.

But Cristiano Ronaldo told the Juventus hierarchy that he wants to leave after spending more than three seasons at the club.

Juventus wants £25m for the 36-year-old in order to recoup the £500, 000 a week wages they have been paying him.

Reports emanating from Italy today claimed that City are willing to offer him a 2-year contract and wages amounting to just over £12m a year.
Ronaldo joined Juventus from Real Madrid in 2018 for a fee in the region of £105m and he has scored 101 goals in 134 games for the club, helping them to two Serie A titles, one Coppa Italia crown and two Italian Super Cups.
