Super Eagles defender, Leon Balogun was in form on Saturday evening when Arsenal visited the Ibrox Stadium for a pre-season game.
The Scottish Champions started brightly, with Stephen Gerard’s men taking the lead in the 14th minute through 33-year-old Balogun.
However, Arsenal drew level just few minutes later. This time, debutant, Nuno Tavares scoring for the London side.
Despite dominating the game, Arsenal again fell behind, with Itten giving the Scots the lead in the 75th only for Eddie Nketiah to equalise for Arsenal with less than ten minutes to go.
After the game, Balogun said, “Good to be back at Ibrox with fans and a goal – looking forward to more to come!”
