ELECTORAL ACT: Senators Goje & Gaya want to Ban Electronic Transmission of Results- Deji Adeyanju says as he Drops their Phone Nos

Popular social commentator, activist and a former Head of New Media for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Deji Adeyanju has called on Nigerians to lend their voices against Senators Danjuma Goje and Kabiru Gaya.

Adeyanju said on Twitter that the two Senators are planning to stiffle the proposed new Electoral Act that will enable the electronic transmission of results during elections.


He alleged in the tweet that Goje who is a former Governor of Gombe State and now represents Gombe Central at the Nigerian Senate, and Gaya who represents Kano South Federal Constituency intend to link up with the leadership of the Senate in order to realise this.


The tweet read, “Dear Nigerians, Senators Danjuma Goje & Kabiru Gaya have vowed to ensure that Electronic Transmission of Results is banned in the new Electoral Act.”

He went on to release the phone numbers of the two Senators for Nigerians to call and text them to express their views on their alleged actions.
