Trump Drags Google, Facebook and Twitter to Court Over Censorship and Ban

About six months ago, big technology companies decided to censor and ostracise former President Donald Trump’s social media accounts, but on Thursday he announced that he would be sewing them.

Donald Trump has launched a class action lawsuit against the Silicon Valley oligarchs, suing to reinstate his social media accounts.

He announced this during a life press conference he held, where he said, “I stand before you this morning to announce a very important and (I think) a very beautiful development for our freedom and our freedom of speech and that goes to all Americans.”

“Today, in conjunction with the America First Institute, I am filing, as the lead class representative, a major class lawsuit against the big tech giants including Facebook, Google and Twitter as well as their CEOs, Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichai and Jack Dorsey. Three real nice guys”

Mark Zuckerberg is the CEO of Facebook

He continued, “our case will proof that this censorship is unlawful, unconstitutional and unAmerican and we all know that very very well.”

Sundar Pichai is Google’s CEO

The questions many people are asking are if this is First Ammendment issue and a free speech issue.

In modern day democracy, and indeed in historical democracy, speech is politics and politics is speech. Whoever can control speech or what people can or cannot say, therefore has the upper hand.

Trump’s decision to sue these tech giants has already started dividing America. Many Conservatives support his decision and have been asking why he didn’t do it earlier. However, many Liberals who are mostly Democrats are against his decision to do so and have labelled it his latest ploy to gain attention.
