Football Leagues and indeed all sports across the United Kingdom will soon be welcoming fans back to stadiums.
This is now possible after British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson lifted the partial ban earlier placed on fans due to the rampage of the COVID pandemic.
Before the end of last season, the authorities in the country gave the go-ahead for 10, 000 or so fans to be allowed back in the arena, for the first time since March 2020.
The news comes as a great positive for teams like Liverpool who depend so much on the influence of their vociferous fans to win games, especially home games.
The Government announced July 19th as the official date for the resumption of fans to take effect. However, the new Premier League season doesn’t start until August.
