Former Leicester City winger, Ahmed Musa has decided to join Kano Pillars for the remainder of the 2020/2021 season.
Musa, 28, was recently released by Saudi Arabia side Al Nassr, after he starred for them in 50 appearances and managed to score 9 goals.
The Super Eagles captain last played for Kano Pillars 11 years ago before he went to ply his trade abroad.
During his time there, he was the top scorer in 2009 with 18 goals before he signed for Dutch Eredivise side VVV Venlo.
Musa is set to be unveiled by the Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje just before the commencement of the second part of the season.
“Musa is our own and Pillars FC will continue to support him anytime and anywhere he finds himself,” Idris Malikawa, the media director of the four time NPFL champions said.
