Only 10 Million People Have Been Vaccinated in the US- CDC

According to official data made available on Wednesday, more than 10 Million Americans have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

It was gathered that, of the 29, 380, 125 shots sent to the US by vaccine makers Pfizer and Moderna, only about 10.2 million shots have so far been administered.

That number is just 3% of the total population of the United States, which is estimated to be in the excess of 330 million.

According to the CDC, for now, children are exempted from the vaccines.

The United States had hoped to vaccinate about 20 million of their citizens by December, but they are already falling short, as the virus continue to ravage the nation.

So far, Israel tops the list of percentage of the population vaccinated, followed by the United Arabs Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, UK and finally the US.
