The National Examinations Council’s (NECO) Paper 1, Computer Studies Practical which was scheduled to be written on Monday, 19th October, has been rescheduled.
This, according to NECO is due to the fact that some #EndSARS protesters laid siege on the road the examination materials were to be conveyed.
Consequently, the Computer Studies Practical examination that was to hold today between 10AM and 1PM, has been shifted to November 16th.
This was disclosed on Snday by Azeez Sani, who is the Head, Information and Public Relations Division at NECO.
Sani said, “The NECO delivery truck had left its take-off point well in advance on Friday, October 16, 2020, earlier to deliver examination materials to some states and has been held up in the blockage since then.”
“The council wishes to assure all stakeholders and the general public that the affected examination materials have been retrieved and are intact.”
The obstruction, NECO hinted, occurred in Benin, the Edo State Capital.
