A church known as Assemblies of Light Bearer Greater Church of Lucifer, commonly called Church of Satan, Ohafia, Abia State, has been demolished and its founder, Ifekwe Udo arrested by the State police command.

Reports say the church was demolished by angry youths in the area.

When interviewed, the Chairman of Ohafia Area Council, Fred Idika, said that Udo would no longer be allowed access to the area, as his activities bring nothing but bad omen to the community.

Udo a.k.a Lucifer or Fada-Fada, as he is commonly known as, who also runs a brothel is also known for terrorizing the area, and was arrested earlier in the week for going against the COVID-19 lockdown order.

He became prominent some years ago, after he started the church and began giving out motorcycles to the unemployed youths in the area on hire purchase.

But it turned out that the youths could no longer condone his activities, as they demolished the satanic statues at the church, and every other thing inbetween.

Idika disclosed that before now, Udo and others had been arrested by police from Force Headquarters, Abuja “over an offence I do not know about, but until they are arraigned, we should be able to know why they were arrested.”

According to the LGA boss, even if Udo was released, the council “would not want him to continue with what he is during in Ohafia because he is a very bad influence on the community”.
