The West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) examination is scheduled to hold from August 4 to September 5, 2020, according to the Minister of State for Education, Emeka Nwajiuba.

Nwajiuba disclosed this on Monday at the Presidential Taskforce on Covid-19 briefing in Abuja.

“4 of August to 5 September is the date for WAEC Examinations,” he said.

Recall that the PTF had urged schools to reopen only for exitting pupils and students to seat for their examination.

Nwajiuba also urged schools and states to make classes available and get the pupils ready for the examination.
