Nigeria had on Friday, recorded 684 new cases of Coronavirus across the country.

This was confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on its verified twitter handle.

The information obtained from the NCDC also show that the total number of confirmed infections in the country is now  23,298.

While 8,253 patients have been discharged in the country, 554 patients have died as a result of the virus.
