The Delta State government, says it will soon discharge many Coronavirus (COVID-19) patients who were declared negative after been tested twice.
Commissioner for Health, Mordi Ononye, has disclosed this on Friday in Asaba, the state capital.
Additionally, the Secretary to the State Government, Chiedu Ebie, disclosed that the curfew of 7p.m. to 6a.m imposed in the state by the government was still in effect.
Ebie urged Deltans to obey the safety measures set by the government to check the spread of the virus.
They further re-affirmed the commitment of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s administration to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the state and appealed to Deltans to obey the advice of government and follow all protocols in ensuring their safety.
