The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has confirmed 170 new cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Nigeria, in the last 24hours, bringing the country’s total infections to 2558.
The NCDC also said that the country has recorded 2 deaths, bringing the total number to 87 .
This was contained in a statement released by the Centre on their official tweeter handle on Sunday night.

Meanwhile, the governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has told civil servants in the state not to resume duty on Monday, in order to avoid crowding in public places in the state.
