The Minister of Health, Dr. Osagie Ehanire has claimed that treating Coronavirus was a normal thing.

He said this when quizzed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila at a hearing in Abuja.

The Speaker asked, “Are they (frontline health workers) being paid a hazard allowance for the job that they are doing?”

In his response, the Minister said, “I am not aware. It is a standard job they do every day.”
