The University College Hospital Ibadan have began testing for the Coronavirus disease, which before now was only carried out in Lagos.

Before this, 52 suspected people had just completed their compulsory two weeks isolation period in the state’s isolation centre(s).

Dr. Sola Oriwolo, who is a member of the Oyo State COVID-19 Committee, made this known on Saturday in Ibadan, noting that testing officially began on Friday. He also added that about 267 suspected people were in the State, 52 of which have completed isolation, while the two persons who were still being isolated were stable.
