Outrage continue to greet the viral video of a Benue man, possibly a resident of Makurdi belt-whipping and physically assaulting a young woman, alleged to be his girlfriend.

The video appears to be shot by the man’s friend, who laughs and chuckles behind the camera, as the assault exacerbates.

The man could also be heard scolding the lady for “spoiling his name” in Makurdi, for allegedly telling people she was pregnant for him.

Peter Okoye AKA Mr. P, formerly of P-Square as weighed in on the controversial video on twitter, urging the boy to turn himself in to authorities.

As at the time of filing this report, the man was yet to be arrested.
