COVI-19 Hits Abuja: 22 Confirm Cases in Nigeria

The Ministry of Health has confirmed three cases of Coronavirus pandemic in Abuja and seven new cases in Lagos, which bring COVID-19 confirmed cases to 22 in Nigeria.

In a statement issued by the Minister of Health Osagie Ehanire on Saturday, the ten new cases in Abuja and Lagos were Nigeria nationals who have travel histories to Canada, France, Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom.

He disclosed that the three patients in Abuja were receiving treatment in the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada while the other seven new cases in Lagos were receiving treatment at Infections Disease Hospital in Yaba.
