Address the Nation Now: Senate Tells Buhari.

The Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has advised the Nigeria President, Muhammedu Buhari to urgently address the Nation on the ravaging cases of Coronavirus. The Senate gave this advice at Wednesday’s plenary.

The Red Chamber said that addressing the nation would show the readiness of the government to handle the pandemic and would also enable the Senate and other Nigerians to take the preventive measures seriously.

The Senate has also advised the Federal Government to close all international airports, except Lagos and Abuja International airports.
