Former Nasarawa Speaker Defects to APC

Honourable Musa Ahmed Mohammed, a former Speaker of Nasarawa State House of Assembly (NSHA), has decamped from the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The former Speaker officially ended ties with the PDP in a letter written to the party’s chairman in Nasarawa Local Government Central Ward.

The former legislator had twice represented Nasarawa state constituency in the Nasarawa State House of Assembly and was Speaker in the third and fourth Assemblies in the state respectively.

The incumbent Speaker of the State House, while reacting Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, while reacting to the decamping, welcomed the former Speaker to the APC family.

While also welcoming the former speaker, the Chairman of Nasarawa Local Government, Muhammad Sani Otto, urged the former Speaker to contribute towards the development of the party and the country in general.
