Trump Scores Victory at the Supreme Court Over Immigration Policy

The Trump administration has secured a temporary victory at the supreme court over its policy to limit public assistance to illegal immigrants.

The apex court has allowed the policy to go into effect while the litany of litigations against the policy makes their way through the courts.

In a 5-4 ruling along ideological lines, 5 conservatives judges voting for and 4 liberal judges voting against, the court granted the prayer of the administration to deny Visas to prospective immigrants with likelihood of reliance on public assisted palliatives like housing, food aid, health care for more than one year.
